Barbara Warren moved to San Antonio from Lawton, OK for an assignment at JBSA (Joint Base San Antonio).  She studied Health Education at Trident University and is a Nationally Certified Sexual Harassment/Assault Response Victim Advocate.  Barbara served as a Senior Noncommissioned Officer in the U.S. Army the last position as an Instructor/Health Educator to students serving in the Army, Air Force, and Navy as Surgical Technologists.

The concept was birth due to her son Christopher’s acknowledgment/concern for young females needing guidance in specific areas of their young lives, fostered a desire to impact female youth in the community.  Barbara laid the foundation for P.U.M.P.S (Professional Unite Making a Positive Social Change) in 2011.  In 2015, Barbara was approached by current Vice-President Chantil Minton to help with a nonprofit in the works. Little did she know the project would morph into becoming Crown Jewels which is a blend of both ladies’ projects and established October 2016 in the State of Texas.  Barbara is grateful for an amazing group of dedicated Veterans and friends who “Inspire to Empower” with love, commitment and most of all FUN!
